Trentino bowl
A fresh, healthy and light recipe - and also tasty! A Trentino bowl, where vegetables are combined with Trentingrana cheese and Trentino trout.Ingredients
The recipe is suggested by Consorzio Trentingrana and customized by us with the addition of Astro Trout fillet. The following ingredients are recommended for a bowl for two people:
- 200 g fillets of Astro trout
- 200 g boiled barley
- 100 g Trentingrana petals
- 50 g radishes
- 50 g purple cabbage
- 50 g boiled carrots cut into ribbons
- misticanza q.b.
- 1 lime
- toasted black sesame seeds
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
pepper
Preparation
Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil In a nonstick skillet and turn on the heat. When it is hot, lay the trout fillets in it and let them cook for about 10 minutes on a medium flame, until the skin has crusted and comes off the bottom easily.
Season with the juice of ½ lime, salt and pepper, then turn the fillets over and let them brown for a few minutes. Off the heat, add the previously toasted black sesame, and flavor with lime zest.
Arrange the boiled barley seasoned with oil and salt, purple cabbage, misticanza, carrots, radishes, trout fillets and plenty of Trentingrana petals in the bowl. Season with a drizzle of oil and salt to taste.
