Suspended in Val di Rabbi

Val di Rabbi is a land of water: here are the Saènt waterfalls, centuries-old thermal baths and the tumultuous current of the Rabbiès stream. And then there are numerous lush forests. Why not combine these two forces of nature - water and land - in an exciting trek? You just need to have some spirit of adventure and the guts to pass along the suspension bridge. It will be a unique experience.

Tibetan Bridge Trekking

The Tibetan Bridge suspended over the Ragaiolo stream has been a real attraction since its construction in 2016. A slight elevation gain for a half-hour walk takes you from the Rabbi Fonti resort, via Plan, to the suspension bridge over the thunderous waterfall created by the stream. We are almost 1,400 meters above sea level, and crossing the suspension bridge will give you chills of joy. Air and water above your head and under the iron grates that support you-the bridge's guards are really high and the crossing is done safely. The bridge is 100 meters long and is set at a height of 60.

If you got hungry, take this cheese snack

It is an experience suitable for adventurous spirits. Returning from the exciting hike to the Tibetan Bridge, a nutritious meal consisting of cheeses from the Val di Sole is the right reward. Trentingrana from the Concast consortium and, for those who like a softer cheese, casolèt from Val di Sole. A visit to the local dairy (Cercen, in Terzolas) is enough to be spoiled for choice. To accompany the cheeses, we recommend local fruit compotes and jams. There is no shortage of apples and berries.
