Agri90 cooperativa agricola Trentino Storo

Agri90

Agri90 is an agricultural cooperative based in Storo, in the Chiese Valley in southwestern Trentino, between Garda and Lombardy. It has over 120 members and is specialized in the production of native corn and, especially in the summer season, small fruits and vegetables.
These products are obtained with traditional methods of integrated farming and focusing on quality, nature's timing and people's work. The famous Storo Yellow Flour, ideal for the preparation of true mountain polenta, comes from here.

The cooperative operates in a border area between Trentino, Garda, and Lombardy, crossed by the Chiese River and rich in nature and history. Corn fields characterize the landscape, along with experiences that stretch from the Adamello to Lake Idro and the Daone Valley. Agri90 grows and processes primarily Marano wheat, which produces a digestible flour ideal for mountain polenta. Its history is rooted in the first cooperative mill in 1921 and the collective trade of agricultural products, until Agri90's independent establishment in 1991. Today, Storo yellow flour is also used in biscuits and crackers and is prized in the kitchens of top chefs.
