Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
At inTrentino, customer satisfaction is our priority.
For any issues with an order or product, do not hesitate to email us at ordini@intrentino.com providing:
- Purchase order number and date
- Delivery date of the order
- Your full name and address
- A phone number for quick contact
Please specify any defects found and, if possible, attach photos so we can immediately assess your request.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
You can cancel or modify your order in full until 10:00 AM on the day following the order placement.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND RETURNS
If you receive products that are damaged or different from your order, they will be collected by the courier and replaced at no additional cost.
For any anomalies in the products, excluding normal perishability of food items or minor packaging imperfections, please contact us at ordini@intrentino.com, specifying the defects and providing photographic documentation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal allows you to return products due to a change of mind or exchange, even if the products were delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letters d) and e) of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Products purchased by a customer who requests an invoice
- Products that are at risk of deteriorating or expiring quickly
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery
With regard to the above exclusions, the Customer is informed and agrees that products “at risk of deteriorating or expiring quickly” include all food items, as their characteristics and quality may be affected even by improper storage.
Therefore, for hygiene reasons and user safety, the right of withdrawal applies only to products purchased on the inTrentino website that can be returned intact, in their original seal, and safely resold without posing a risk to consumer health.
