How can I order products from the inTrentino platform?

Ordering is easy: discover the Trentino excellences on the platform and choose the ones you want by adding them to your cart. Enter your name and address for delivery and choose the payment method you prefer. Check your data again (name, product quantity, address...) and only then confirm the order. Once the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail containing all the details of the purchase.

What features do the products offered in this platform have?

Our products represent a selection of the best proposals from Trentino's agricultural cooperatives: dairies, fruit warehouses, wineries, oil mills and farms that are able to give a distinctive value to our mountain territory and the products we produce.

How can I pay?

Our platform accepts payments by Shopify credit card, Paypal and Cash on Delivery (COD).

In case of problems with the delivery, who can I contact?

When the ordered products are delivered to you, you should check if they correspond to what you have chosen, the quantity ordered and that the packaging used for transportation is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials. If you find any anomaly, immediately dispute it with the carrier upon receipt of the products, specifying the problem in the delivery note. How do I use the gift vouchers?

With an order of 50 euros or more you will get a free voucher that will give you a free experience on our territory (for example, a ticket to the MUSE-Science Museum). This voucher will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

Can I give your products as a gift to a friend?

Sure. Just enter the name, address, and phone number of the person to whom you want the products delivered in the appropriate form when ordering.

Can I request a hotel delivery?

Yes. Just enter the name and address of the Hotel where you want the products delivered in the appropriate form when placing your order.

Who handles my order and how quickly is it processed?

Your order is handled by the Federazione Trentina della Cooperazione. To ensure the freshness and wholesomeness of the products, shipments occur weekly, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders containing items marked as "available" will be shipped on the first available shipping day and will be delivered to you within 4 working days in Italy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary according to product weight, product type (fresh, ultra-fresh...) and shipping destination (Italy, abroad) and range from a minimum of € 7.90 to a maximum of € 24.50.

How is quality maintenance guaranteed in the transportation of fresh or ultra-fresh products?

Fresh products are vacuum-packed and shipped in heat-sealed, refrigerated containers with reusable gel cold accumulators. Ultra-fresh products are shipped in temperature-controlled transportation means. We monitor with statistical sampling the performance of couriers and the effectiveness of preservation systems with temperature sensors placed inside the packages. The sensors report whether the products inside have been exposed during the journey to temperatures above 10°C in order to ensure maximum quality.

How can I track delivery times?

You will be able to monitor your order status within the "My Orders" section of the website by logging in using your username and password. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail containing all the details of your purchase. As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, its telematic tracking will also begin and the day of arrival will be estimated. We will send you an order update e-mail and you will be able to follow the progress of the delivery by accessing the courier's tracking page via the link we will send you.
