Shipping policy

The products are supplied by the COOPs participating in the logistics and shipping center. To ensure the freshness and quality of the products, shipments are carried out on a weekly basis, on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Orders containing items marked as “AVAILABLE” will be shipped on the next available shipping day and delivered to the customer within 4 working days in Italy, as detailed in the “shipping conditions” link.

Shipping costs charged to CUSTOMERS vary depending on the weight, type of products, and the shipping destination, ranging from a minimum of €9.90 (nine/90) up to a maximum of €24.50 (twenty-four/50).

Products are entrusted to different couriers depending on the type of products and the destination, including:

Wines are shipped in certified Ewine secure pack boxes (http://www.ewsp.it/) to guarantee delivery safety.

Fresh products are packaged in vacuum-sealed bags and shipped in thermally insulated containers, refrigerated with reusable gel cold packs.

Very fresh products are shipped using temperature-controlled transport vehicles.

We monitor courier performance and the effectiveness of preservation systems through statistical sampling and temperature sensors placed inside the packages. The sensors indicate if the products have been exposed to temperatures above 10°C during transit, in order to ensure the highest quality of delivered products.

Shipping costs vary depending on the type of products shipped and the total weight of the order.

The price is calculated and displayed during the order process.

The order cost may be reduced or waived based on the order value or current promotions.

The prices shown below are indicative and should be considered as the MAXIMUM APPLIED VALUE.

 

Registered users can track the status of their ORDER in the “My Orders” section of the website by logging in with their username and password.

After placing an order, an email containing all purchase details is sent.

Shipping is carried out within 24 hours from the date the ordered products are handed over by the cooperatives. Products always arrive fresh from our cooperatives to ensure maximum freshness.
Once the package is handed over to the courier, it is trackable online, and the estimated delivery date is provided. An order update email is sent, and you can follow the delivery progress via the courier tracking page through the link we will provide.

Upon delivery of the PRODUCTS to the CUSTOMER by the assigned courier, the CUSTOMER must check:
a) that the quantity and type of PRODUCTS ordered correspond to what is indicated on the transport document;
b) that the packaging used for transport is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including the closure materials.

Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier at the time of receiving the PRODUCTS by noting them on the delivery slip. To facilitate and expedite the verification of any issues by FTCOOP, the CUSTOMER may also send an email to ordini@intrentino.com.
