A jam that comes from the shining Kordia and Regina qualities grown in integrated production by Sant'Orsola's cooperative members. The flavor is intense and enveloping, to bewitch the palate.
Suggestions and pairings
It is the ideal accompaniment for a tasting of goat or sheep cheeses and is spectacular when used on cheese canapés. Known and appreciated is then the use of this delicacy to prepare fragrant tarts or tartlets. Indicated, in pairing, are all still white wines.
