Product features
The cobs from distinctive corn Nostrano di Storo are harvested at the first mists of October. They are then dried by the dry mountain winds and slowly ground to preserve their nutrients and seductive scents intact. In this way, true “mountain polenta” is obtained.
This product is derived from old varieties of corn grown only in the Storo area.
We recommend storing the product in a cool, dry place.
