Carnival Krapfen

Soft, fluffy, mouthwatering and fragrant: krapfen is undoubtedly a typical Trentino Carnival sweet.
Its history begins in the 1600s in Austria, more precisely in Graz. Here it first appeared during Carnival, when it was sold on the streets. From there it then came to Vienna and later also to Trentino and Sudtirol.
