Product features

Chosen as the official Nordic Skiing World Cup cheese of the valley in which it was born, Formae Val di Fiemme is produced by the Caseificio Sociale Val di Fiemme in Cavalese.

A semi-hard, semi-cooked cheese, Formae Val di Fiemme is made with milk from cows fed local produce. The cheese is completely free of additives and preservatives.
