Puzzone di Moena is produced exclusively in social dairies in the Fiemme, Fassa and Primiero Valleys, and is a Protected Designation of Origin cheese. The variety made from alpine milk and aged for at least 120 days is protected by the Slow Food Presidium.
The cows that produce the milk used to process Puzzone di Moena are fed top-quality feed. This cheese is free of additives and preservatives and is a Trentino excellence. You can enjoy it either during a meal accompanied by black bread, or as a snack alongside the cold cuts produced in our valleys.
