The recipes originate in Valsugana and are inspired by the "arimannie," ancient agricultural plots at the foot of Mount Lefre and Castel Ivano. The brewery values ​​beer as an expression of place, just as it did in the past, using locally grown and consumed ingredients. For this reason, it selects locally sourced ingredients or those from local suppliers, including mountain water. Great attention is paid to sustainability, with eco-friendly production practices and packaging. Founded in 2018, it now offers four craft beers, each inspired by a different nuance of Trentino.
