The territory

The recipes of the Birrificio degli Arimanni are born in Valsugana and have deep roots, in the heart of the Middle Ages, when the lands that underneath Mount Lefre and Castel Ivano were divided into lots called arimannie, cultivated by the Arimanni.  

For the Arimanni Brewery, the land is a source of inspiration, continuous contamination and a master of life. Born as a humble beverage, consumed by the people and brewed with ingredients grown directly, beer fully represents its place of production.

The beers produced by this craft brewery are made with selected raw materials at Km0 or from local suppliers, mountain water, attention to the environment with the use of environmentally sustainable packaging and production practices.

The history

In medieval times, the arimanno represented the free person, dedicated to agriculture and so attached to their land that they decided to obey the lord who left it in their care while defending it. Inspired by the noble role of this figure, Arimanni Brewery was founded in 2018 with the goal of bringing consumers a glimpse of Trentino through a craft beer that expresses it by enhancing the raw materials between ancient and modern influences.

Currently, Birrificio degli Arimanni offers four types of craft beers, each of which encapsulates a piece of the territory of which it is an authentic expression.
