Cultivation has expanded from the Valsugana to the Val dei Mócheni, up to the Piné and Vigolana plateaus and other areas of Trentino. Since 1996, Sant'Orsola has been recognized by the European Union as a Producers' Organization, strengthening the cooperative's role in the supply chain. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and redcurrants are grown even above 1,000 meters above sea level, respecting natural rhythms and agricultural practices. Production is guaranteed year-round thanks in part to investments in Calabria and Sicily, where harvesting begins as early as March. Technicians and agronomists directly monitor the fields, and with the Small Fruit Village inaugurated in 2019, the cooperative integrates production, research, and quality processed products such as jams, juices, and compotes.
