From 9 to 19 October 2025, Trento will transform into a capital of taste with the fifth edition of Autumnus – The fruits of the earth city of Trento, the event that celebrates Trentino's agri-food sector and the culture of eating well.

This year, the Federation of Trentino Cooperation is participating with its cooperatives, bringing authentic products to the square and offering plenty of opportunities to discover them.
