2 Delicious apples
1 red pepper (if you want)
100 gr speck
1 head of escarole
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
To prepare our apple, speck and escarole salad, we start with the speck: cut it into strips and brown it in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
Then peel the delicious apples, removing the core, and slice them not too thinly.
Combine them with the browned speck along with the chopped chili and cook for a few minutes.
Then move on to prepare the escarole, washing it and laying it on a plate.
At this point you can add the speck and apples you had prepared in the pan, adjust the salt and pepper and add the seed mixture.
Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and you are done!
