The people involved participate in all stages of production, from sowing to sale to the end customer, gaining experience in real and structured activities. The crops also produce processed products such as purées, preserves, and pestos, made with fresh vegetables and dedicated skills. The project also includes a neighborhood shop in the Santa Maria district of Rovereto, selling home-grown fruit and vegetables as well as products from socially responsible organizations and local farms. This space is designed as a job training opportunity and a local resource. Mi Coltivo promotes an agriculture that cares about people, the environment, and the local community.
