It comes from Guyot and simple pergola vineyards in Faedo and Pressano, on medium-textured, clayey soils. Hand-harvested in early September, the must ferments in stainless steel and ages in small oak barrels for 18 months, followed by four months of bottle aging, resulting in an elegant, structured, and harmonious wine.
