The Piana Rotaliana is one of Trentino's most renowned winegrowing areas, thanks to its light, fertile soils that favor high-quality grapes. The mountains surrounding the plain create a natural "crown," protecting the vineyards from cold winds and retaining summer heat. White grape varieties, present as far south as the Cembra and Non Valleys, are also grown in the surrounding areas and on the hills. The winery financially supports its members, including professional winemakers and part-time farmers who passionately tend small plots of land. In this balance between tradition and daily work, the local area remains the cornerstone of the cooperative's life and identity.
