"R" Riserva Brut Trentodoc leaves room for deeper sensations to be discovered slowly, almost backwards in time. It has a straw-yellow colour with golden highlights and a fragrant bouquet, with light toasting and notes of dried fruit and tropical fruit. It is made from a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes, combines freshness and minerality with sweet notes, and offers a fresh, soft and almondy flavour.

The“R” Riserva Brut TrentodocMade from Guyot and Trentino pergola grapes from the Piana Rotaliana, on dry, clayey or calcareous soils. Hand-picked, the grapes ferment in stainless steel and small wooden barrels, followed by secondary fermentation and maturation on the lees for at least 80 months, followed by riddling, disgorgement, and three months of bottle aging. When young, it displays freshness and softness, later evolving into roundness.
