It comes from hand-picked grapes grown in single and double pergola vineyards on stony, well-drained soils. Vinified as a red wine, it ferments in stainless steel and ages for approximately 24 months in small oak barrels, followed by 6 months of bottle aging, resulting in a structured, elegant wine with great character.
