TheMüller Thurgau Cembra ValleyIt comes from the finest single-pergola vineyards, where the climate and mineral soil enhance the quality of the grapes. Hand-harvested starting in early September, the must ferments in stainless steel and rests on the fine lees, followed by aging in bottle for 3–4 months, resulting in a fresh, elegant wine with a distinctive character.
