Our mezzanello

A semi-fat cheese made from raw cow's milk. Its texture is firm, with sparse, medium-sized holes, and its straw-yellow color varies depending on the period in which it was produced. Its distinctive feature is its intermediate maturation (about four months), making it a popular product for its mild flavor.

Raw milk product not suitable for children under 10 years of age, pregnant women, the elderly, and immunocompromised individuals.
