Wine is born fromselected bunchesFrom double-pergola vineyards in San Michele all'Adige and Mezzolombardo, on the sandy, cool soils of the Piana Rotaliana. Hand-harvested starting in late August, it ferments and ages in wooden barrels for 6–8 months, followed by a final 3–4 months of bottle aging. It is fresh, elegant, and delicately smooth.
