ECHINACEA, HONEY AND ROSEHIP SYRUP

THE'echinaceaIt is a perennial plant widely used for medicinal purposes. As an immunostimulant, it is widely used in phytotherapy to stimulate the immune system and support the body in cases of seasonal ailments (coughs, colds), flu-like symptoms, and mouth ulcers.

Thehoneyprotects the mucous membranes and relieves coughs and sore throats.

ThereDog roseregulates the immune response and provides vitamin C to help the body fight viral infections.

We cultivate theechinaceaIn our community garden, rich in biodiversity, in Masi di Cavalese in Val di Fiemme (Trentino-Alto Adige), we grow using organic and regenerative farming methods to protect the soil from exploitation and erosion. We avoid the use of pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers; we prefer to use our hands and small hand tools to preserve and pass on the precious artisanal agricultural practices passed down from our grandparents.

We collect thedog roseIn the meadows and woods of the Fiemme Valley. We are trained to collect native wild herbs and harvest according to the guidelines of the Fiemme Valley Forestry Service.
