It is made from high-quality grapes grown on 50-year-old double-pergola vineyards on well-drained, stony soils. Hand-harvested between mid-September and early October, the grapes ferment in French oak vats and mature in new barriques for at least 24 months, followed by 2 years of bottle aging, resulting in a structured, complex wine with a bold character.
