TheValentini TrentodocMade from select Chardonnay grapes grown using the simple Trentino pergola system on the high hills of Vallagarina. Hand-picked, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled white vinification, with secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the classic method. After over 30 months on the lees and disgorgement, the resulting sparkling wine is elegant, refined, and complex.
