Fontal di Cavalese is a sweet spun paste cheese produced in Cavalese, in Valle di Fiemme, by the local Caseificio Sociale.

It is a Qualità Trentino Mark product, excellent to enjoy on its own or combined with other ingredients: there are many recipes that can be made with this cheese!
