Other Lands - Natural Mountain Agriculture

Terre Altre is a cooperative founded in 2013 that combines agricultural enterprise and social cooperation, promoting inclusion and mountain agriculture. Originally a type B social cooperative, it became a mixed type A and B cooperative in 2017. Its goal is to build a supportive community, valuing each person and diversity.

The cooperative offers training and job reintegration opportunities to vulnerable people through concrete and supported agricultural projects. Its membership includes worker members, volunteers, and donors, including local associations and organizations. In Val di Fiemme, it cultivates crops respecting the earth's cycles and safeguarding biodiversity as a fundamental resource. It produces heirloom varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and native grains using an organic and regenerative approach, without herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. These crops produce products designed for well-being, the fruit of conscious and artisanal agriculture.
