Kaminwurst is a product originating in Tyrolean tradition: a thin pork and beef sausage smoked and dried in a particularly dry environment. Literally 'chimney sausage,' in Tyrolean tradition it was put to smoke in the fireplace at home, taking on a characteristic dark color.

Our kaminwurst contains 65% Trentino pork and 35% beef, with a leaner composition than traditional salami. The meat is finely minced and flavored with spices and herbs. It's stuffed into mutton casings, cold-smoked over beech wood, and cured until perfectly ripe.
