RED RADICCHIO AND WALNUT PESTO

This pesto is excellent for making a different kind of pasta or risotto. But not only that: it can also be used to garnish crostini for an aperitif or to enhance sandwiches and focaccia.

Just a few ingredients, all genuine: radicchio, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, a little lemon juice, and coarse salt.
