From the hills of Vallagarina and Valle dei Laghi, thisTrentodocBring the scent of Trentino's nature to your bubbles. The winemakers of Avio passionately follow an artisanal method: the grapes, harvested strictly by hand, are delicately pressed to obtain the free-run must, fermented in steel. In spring, the wine is made sparkling with the addition of sugar and yeast and bottled for the second fermentation, resting on the lees for60 months.
