TheMarzemino, a native grape variety of Vallagarina, grows on the hills of Isera, where the basaltic, gravelly, and calcareous soils create an ideal habitat. Trained using the simple pergola and Guyot systems, it is harvested by hand in the last ten days of September. After red vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages in concrete vats before bottling, maintaining the elegance and character typical of the terroir.
