Rustic smoked salmon trout

Astro trout come only from selected farms in Trentino, where the fish is raised respecting the rhythms of nature. Cold smoking the fillets sprinkled with spices gives the meat a strong flavor and gives new sensations of refined aromas. The procedure takes place at a lower temperature than for the Classic fillet: the product maintains its characteristic rosy color and firm texture.
