Vervè comes from the vineyards of Roveré della Luna and has a unique composition: 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Blanc. An unusual blend that makes it elegant and creamy, with great structure and taste persistence. The Reserve has a golden yellow colour, enhanced by fine and persistent perlage; on the nose, hints of spices and candied fruit blend elegantly with a delicate floral texture and hints of smoke.

ThereVervè ReserveIt comes from the vineyards of Roveré della Luna and the upper Cembra Valley, on limestone and porphyry soils at 500 meters above sea level. The grapes are hand-picked, and the whole bunches are soft-pressed using the classic method. The must ferments in French oak barriques and tonneaux for approximately six months, followed by blending, secondary fermentation in the bottle, and beyond.60 months of maturation on the lees, before disgorging and the addition of the liqueur d'expedition, for an elegant and highly complex wine.
