Wine has always been discussed in Roveré della Luna: farmers lovingly and patiently care for the vines that ripen in gravelly soils that do not retain water. This gives the wine a particular savoriness that discerning tasters recognize as a defining characteristic of the winery.

Roveré della Luna is the northernmost village in the Adige Valley, bordering Alto Adige, in an area renowned for quality viticulture. The vines grow on an ancient limestone landslide with a gentle contour, giving the grapes distinctive characteristics. The entire production is registered under major DOC appellations, from Trentino to Teroldego Rotaliano, and from Lake Caldaro to Valdadige. Founded after World War I by 24 winemakers, the winery has built a continuous research and development program over time. In the modern facility inaugurated in 2001, the Lagrein, Teroldego, and Pinot reserve wines are aged in oak barrels, expressing tradition and aromatic depth.
