Territoriality and excellence. The taste and wholesomeness of dairy products that originate in the valleys of Trentino is primarily due to the quality of the raw material. We are talking about milk, which the farmers strive to keep healthy and rich in nutritional elements at all times, also thanks to careful feeding for the cows. There is no shortage of controls, so much so that throughout the year tests are constantly carried out. Even the payment of milk to producers is made according to certain parameters that aim to define its quality.

The Consortium's dairies and cooperative dairies cover the entire Trentino region, from Val di Fassa to Primiero, passing through Val di Sole, Vallagarina, and Val di Non. The goal is to promote Trentingrana and other excellent cheeses, respecting the origin and uniqueness of each individual product. The cows are fed fresh grass, pasture hay, and strictly GMO-free grains, ensuring nutritious and controlled milk. The cheeses are artisanal and completely natural, made only with mountain milk, salt, and rennet, without additives or preservatives. The cooperative's history is rooted in the ancient Trentino cooperative dairies, which have evolved into a modern system of quality control, technical support, maturation, and marketing.
