We are talking about milk, which the farmers strive to keep healthy and rich in nutritional elements at all times, also thanks to careful feeding for the cows. There is no shortage of controls, so much so that throughout the year tests are constantly carried out. Even the payment of milk to producers is made according to certain parameters that aim to define its quality.
